I want to borrow some few descriptions from the Bible; John 5: 1-5; “Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew Bethesda, having five porches. So sick people wait there for the pool to be stirred, then they can jump in to be healed. For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had”. (emphasis by the writer).

Great points to note from this verse of scripture; The pool of Bethesda has healing and cleansing power, but that power can only be activated when it’s stirred. It is amazing to note that; It is the same water, the same location, but powerless until it is stirred. Three significant things; 1. The pool( You/your mind), 2. The water (knowledge), 3. Location (your field/locality). You have to understand that although it’s the stirring that activates the power, all this three things listed above is also very important. If there’s no pool, there won’t be water, and of course there won’t be a place or a location, that means their is nothing for the angel to stir to activate power (results). As interesting as all this may sound, I don’t want you to miss the point. You or Your mind is the pool, and every pool needs water in it (knowledge), and a location (field/interest/base) in order for a stir to happen. The good stuff is coming continue reading.

Another point you need to note; Why does it have to be an angel that stirred the water? Why can’t someone else, anyone stir the water? Well; I will tell you why; An angel among many other things symbolizes love, truth, purity. The stir in this context means — MOTIVES, REASONS, WHYS, INTENTIONS… this means your motives, reasons, whys, to want to do anything must be based on love, truth, and service to humanity. This is why; Essek William Kenyon said; We are equally endowed with a mind (pool), but some people have less water, some; no water, others; Enough water (knowledge), Please when I say “knowledge” am not referring only to acquired knowledge, but also knowledge of self, knowledge of the power you posses as a Human (pool). Kenyon further said; “But not all are exploiting it in the same way” this means, because our level of water (knowledge) are not the same, we exploit it in different ways. Then he finally said; the results can not be the same. Which means there must be a result, which will be determined by the way we exploit the pool (mind), whether success or failure, both are results. I really hope you are grabbing a life changing wisdom here.. HERE IS THE SIMPLE FORMULA —- POOL (YOU/YOUR MIND) + WATER (KNOWLEDGE) + LOCATION (YOUR FIELD) + ANGEL (LOVE, TRUTH, SINCERITY.. OR IN ONE WORD VALUE) + THE STIR (YOUR MOTIVES, REASONS, WHYS) = POWER (SUCCESS,RESULTS etc). So; pool + water + location + angel + stir = Success/Results. Remember this formula, and you will never end up a failure in life.

Take another look at the first image, and then take a look at this second image, do you believe that something this beautiful (second image), could come from something so desolate (first image)? It’s all about the function of the mind (the stirring of the pool). Please note; the description the writer gave to both images are just emphasis to drive a point. Both images are not related, and both are beautiful piece of art.

Please never forget this formula; pool + water + location + angel + stir = Power, (You/your mind + knowledge + field/interest + value + motives/whys = Success/Results) write it on a piece of paper and place it where you can see it daily, or you can write it in your journal, and refer to it daily.

The great thing about this formula is, it works for anyone, anywhere, not-with-standing the country you reside in. As you have learned in this blog, that your location is not necessarily your physical address, it is your field of interest.
